Using this website
You may browse anki-security.com and use its content for informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, probe or test it without written authorisation, or use its content to misrepresent AnKi Security. Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute security advice for your specific environment.
Our services
Security services—including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, phishing awareness training, managed security services and AI governance work—are delivered only under a written agreement signed before work begins. That agreement defines the scope, targets, permitted actions, timelines, deliverables, fees and liability terms for the engagement, and takes precedence over these website terms.
Authorisation and lawful use
Offensive security work is performed exclusively against systems the client owns or is authorised to have tested, within the boundaries agreed in writing. We do not accept engagements that would involve testing third-party systems without demonstrable authorisation.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to AnKi Security OÜ or its licensors. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the engagement agreement.
Third-party services and social media
We publish content through third-party platforms, including social networks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Links from this website to external resources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AnKi Security OÜ is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from service engagements is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless an engagement agreement provides otherwise.
